About me

I am curious, open, flexible, witty and warm. My approach is relational and integrative, pulling from many different approaches, tailored to what you need.

I have a special interest in working with folx in transition, whether that transition is forced, chosen or understood.  Managing anxiety and stress, intersectionality, grief, working through difficult relational dynamics, reparenting as well as reprioritizing oneself are areas where I can offer expertise.  Whether you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you.

TherApeutic Specialties:

  • Transitions- a move, a death, reentry, a new job, coming out, transitioning, becoming a partner, becoming a parent, returning to Self, letting go, adjusting to a health condition

  • Anxiety/Stress- panic, worry and all the associated symptoms

  • Grief- endings, death, relational shifts

  • Intersectionality- taking into account one’s overlapping identities and experiences in order to better understand the complexities of prejudice

  • LGBTQ and gender nonconforming individuals

Many speak of opportunities- “When one door closes, another opens.” Bur rarely about the hallway. The transition. The in-between where you are and where you are headed. The hallway doesn’t have to be a scary, dark, endless confusion- it can be a space of massive transformation, great memories, and peace.
